08 Square Weave Sashiko
A stencil for Sashiko hand stitching, the visible mending technique. Every stencil comes with a tips sheet to help you get the most from your chosen design.
To apply the design to your fabric use a heat erasable pen to draw the lines, or heat erasable cream for quicker application. Just iron to remove marks when finished. Our stencils are reusable, durable, washable and easy to store.
This square design can be sewn with a simple running stitch up and down, then left to right to create the design. Sew each square of lines and simply follow each stitch mark, see images.
Size: 13 x 13cm stencil with 11 × 11cm stitching pattern. It can be repeated to cover any space required for your project. Images show how the design can be used in different ways. Combine with our other Sashiko stencils to create intricate designs.
